Description
Black cast iron coke and wood stove. Cylindrical shape with round, iron lid on the top. The stove has an ornate capital flange around the cylinder. The design of the capital is oval or egg-shaped in a continuous band around the lip of the stove. The lid of the stove has a star design. There is a drop door at the front top of the stove for fueling the fire. There is an iron door at the base of the unit for removing ash. On the top of the stove, at the back, is a round iron outlet for the flue. The present chimney is black, plastic and a replica only.
