Description
Wooden key, turning implement. This was probably used to turn on a water main. A wooden key with a handle. The base wood has been cut away to allow a tap to fit on the end. Possibly for use on fire hydrant. The top end has a circular knob at its tip and cylindrical wooden rod pierced through the centre.
