Description
Instrument for sending morse code.
The instrument sits on a rectangular, wooden base which is coated with a brown stain on all 4 sides and the top. The bottom has been left in its natural state. There are 3 holes drilled into the base. At one end of the base, there are 2 metal (maybe brass) bolts with adjustable washers. On the base, there is a metal stand and, balanced on the stand, is a metal crosspiece. At one end of the crosspiece are 2 screws - one with a coil attached. At the other end of the crosspiece, is a brown, plastic knob with a metal pin at the bottom. Underneath the knob, is a circular metal base with a metal pin on it. When the knob is depressed, the pins touch enabling the signaller to send morse code.
