Description
Forage cap, also called Field Service Cap. Grey/blue wool. Narrow hat, worn on the right side of the head with the front buttons in line with the right eye. There are 2 brass buttons on the front of the cap. On the left side, near the front, is a small, gold, metal crown. Located directly under the crown, is a gold, metal eagle in flight. There is a flap of wool material on each side of the cap. This is held by clips to the side. When the flaps are let down, they cover the ears.
