Description
-1 Square "Douglas" combined Protractor and Parallel Rule. The instrument is made of clear plastic with black markings. Intervals are indicated with black markings and 2 sets of numbers along the perimeter. There is a grid with a hole at the centre. One side is marked 'N' and it is circled in red. The instrument is labelled: "DOUGLAS" COMBINED PROTRACTOR AND PARALLEL RULE. A crown is flanked by the letters A and M.
-2 Case - cardboard, sealed on 3 sides with an opening at the top. On one side there are 2 holes with a piece of cotton tape running through them. On the opposite side, is a round cardboard disc that is attached with a metal pin. On each side is an ink stamp consisting of a circle with: J M & Co.Ltd. written inside. On each side is a paper label with instructions printed on it. On one label, is a crown flanked by the letters A and M, and also STORES REF NO.6B/47.
