The waist at the back has a "morning suit" cut with a V-shaped back and 2 black buttons. On the buttons is the imprint: R. NICHOLSON & CO. BRIGHTON. There is a pocket on the right side at the front and a side pocket on either side. There is a pocket at the back on the right side that is closed with a button. The trousers are pleated at the front. The trousers are hemmed and inside the cuff, at the back, is a leather strip. The trousers have a crease running the length of the legs. On the inside, the button seam is reinforced with blue cotton lining. The waistband is reinforced with yellow lining and the pockets are made of white cotton lining.
