Description
Navy blue wool air force jacket with royal blue denim lining. The jacket is fitted to the waist. The neckline of the jacket consists of a collar and a lapel on each side which create a V-neck shape. There are 4 black buttons on the right side of the front edge. There are 4 corresponding button holes on the left side. The button holes are on a royal blue denim lining so that they are hidden from the outside of the jacket. There is a breast pocket on either side of the jacket. Each pocket has a cover flap with a button and button hole on denim lining hidden inside. There is a strap at the waistline on the left side of the jacket and a corresponding metal buckle on the right side. There is an epaulette of blue wool on each shoulder held in place with a black button. Each epaulette is decorated with 3 stripes. Each stripe has a colour sequence of black, white, black. The jacket is pleated along the waistline at the back. There is a cuff on each sleeve plus a black button and button hole are sewn into the royal blue lining. Inside the jacket, the sleeve hole seams are reinforced with brown denim. The pockets and the button facings are made from royal blue denim with black stitching. The waistband is reinforced with a royal blue denim lining. At the back, a second piece has been added to the lining and there are 3 button holes in it. There are 2 internal pockets which are accessed from the inside.
