Description
Brown, leather, wool (shearing), metal (zipper, buckles, rivets) flight jacket with wool lining and trim. Large collar with a strap on the left side at the front and a corresponding buckle on the right. On the underside of the collar, at the back, are two eyehooks sewn into the leather. A central zipper with a leather tab runs down the front of the jacket. There are 2 gussets under the right arm and a triangular air vent with 8 rivets in it. Along the seams of the gussets under the left arm are rivets, and there is a triangular air vent with 8 rivets in it. Along the waistline at the front is a leather belt, with the strap on the right and buckle on the left. Zipper inside each sleeve runs along the forearm. Leather tab, inside neck, attached at one end (maybe initially used to hang coat).
