Description

Road sign, kauri wood, rectangular shape. White sign with black lettering. The front edge of the sign has been bevelled for 12 mm. Capital letters have been used throughout the sign. The first letter on the sign is M and this is 92 mm high. The remaining letters are only 80 mm high. The R for Road is also 92 mm high. The D is only 50 mm high and is set in a line with the top of those letters, 80 mm high. The abbreviated form of "Road" has been used as shown in the attached image. The name on the sign is MORVERN Rd. This is a road which runs off Balmoral Road in the suburb of Epsom, Auckland.
