Description
The Unemployment Book (Man) is a piece of green paper with black type on both sides. This particular book is valid from 8th November 1920 to 3rd July 1921. The book is stamped WESTMINSTER. The number 47020 is written in black ink. Charles Kingsley Mills is written in black ink as the name of the insured contributor and the classification is 160/7B. Aside from personal information, the front side of the book contains a rules of use section and a section for official use only. On the reverse side is a chart of weeks where unemployment insurance stamps can be attached. There are 10 green and white 8d stamps. Each stamp has a date on it ranging from Nov. 1920 - Jan. 1921. Written in ink at the top of the page is C.K. Mills.
