Description

Eyeglass case with purple (no white) snake skin inspired design. One side of the case is stamped with gold. It reads: SAMUEL BARRY, D.B.D.A., THE EYESIGHT SPECIALIST, 290 Queen St., Auckland. The case has a hard cover and the flap opens to reveal a lip on the bottom which would have held a pair of glasses. The inside of the case is lined with velvet (original colour unclear).
