Description
Loose page from a photographic album. First page includes a group portrait of 18 men in uniform, arranged in two rows in front of an aircraft. Hand-written caption underneath the photograph is '65 Squadron RFC Wye. Sept. 1917.' Writing is visible on the reverse of the group photograph which lists the names of people in the photograph.
The reverse page includes four mounted images. The first is of Mills uniform in front of an aircraft. It is captioned underneath '[A. Cameliar.]' The second photograph is a portrait of 65 Squadron in uniform in front of a hangar. It is captioned '65 Squadron RFC [Royal Flying Corps], Wye Aerodrome.' The two remaining photographs are of Sopwith Camels in front of hangers.
