Description
United Airlines ladies ground crew uniform jacket, long-sleeved, fine hounds tooth fabric. The border of the garment including the collar, is hemmed by 34 mm wide royal blue fabric. The jacket has vertical tucks running from beneath the bust to the line of the side pockets. The jacket has 3 cloth covered buttons in the front located on the blue border. The 2 external pockets are false pockets. There are 2 internal pockets in the lining, one on each side, bottom front. The lining is dark blue and possibly silk. The garment is fully lined including the sleeves. The shoulders are padded inside the lining. On the left breast is pinned a United name badge "Jill Moore, International Concierge".. The label reads, United by Brookhurst, The information label reads 65% polyester, 35% wool, R/N 69781, Made in USA, Cut 2510, Style 5580, Size 10R. Pinned through the name badge is a red carnation with a green wax stem.
