Description
Cape, black sateen/ostrich feather. Appliqued black velvet in all-over pattern. Very high collar with metal stays. Black ostrich feather trim around outer edge and collar. Hooks and eyes: Coned with padded quilted sateen. "Mantles A. Stedali Furs: Taylor made costumes. London, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Cardiff, Southampton, Portsmouth, Plymouth Exeter".
