Description
Coat, wool, gaberdine full length, long sleeves, double-breasted, grey in colour. Fastened by 3 x 25 mm diameter buttons on the right side and 3 on the left side. One button on the left inside front of the garment fastens the collar. The lapels are fastened by 25 mm buttons, one on each lapel. A 50 mm wide belt made of the same wool/gaberdine, spans the back of the coat at the waist. The tail of the coat from the waist to the hem is reverse pleated. The epaulettes on each shoulder are of the same fabric and are fastened by 17 mm buttons. The buttons appear to be made of a grey plastic matter. They picture a crown over a bird in flight. The bird is possibly an eagle. External pockets consist of right and left slanted hip pockets. The mouth of the pocket is reinforced by a double layer of cloth. The internal pockets on either side of the waist are lined with a fleece/pile fabric. The inside of the coat is lined with satin, the full length on the front of the coat, and only to the waist,
