Badge, elongated wing shape, blue enamel with gold feathering on the wings. Red shield at centre of wings with letters ETA (i.e. first three letters of 'Teal'). Standard pin clip on the back. Makers name on back of badge - Young & Co. Auckland. The number 51 has been scratched into the back of the badge.
