A small washing wringer, possibly for a child, (circa World War I) made of cast iron and wood. Two cream wringing reels. Two metal screw clamps on base. Top wooden bar reads "HORSESHOE BRAND" bottom bar reads " No. 1 / GEM / AMERICAN / WRINGER COMPANY, / NEW YORK".
