I was the last apprentice taken on by Cundall. Leaving school in 1968 I did my first year at an Engineering Industries Training Board school in Luton. Returning to the factory after the first year, after about 2 weeks was told the factory was shutting down and I transfered my apprenticeship to Auto Body Dies in Dunstable.
