Description
Badge, Air New Zealand, metal, gold coloured. Front of badge is enamel and is divided into 3 square to form an elongated rectangle.
First square has Air New Zealand logo on blue background cut on the diagonal juxtaposed with gold diagonal. Second square similar to first in colouring and design. Southern Cross on blue background with a "A" shape and star motif - the logo of Ansett Australia. Third square depicts the Star Alliance logo and is blue with 5 dart-shaped motifs in a circle with the words "Star Alliance" underneath. Secured by 2 gold pins on the back of the badge. Sealed in a clear, plastic bag, stamped Made in Taiwan R.O.C.
