Line Sharing Adaptor (modem): Large rectangular unit, lower panel on face is blue/grey upper panel in control panel, feature yellow/red/white 'lights' with several switches and three counters, and a green light. Line adaptor has metal handles on each side for carrying and four rubber feet.
