MTU14 refer to magnetic tape unit - the way documents and names & addresses could be stored and retrieved

Around 1982, an Olivetti word processor was donated to MOTAT by ACC Head Office Wellington. It was very early technology, used to send letters with variable standard paragraphs to ACC claimants. It was complete and operational when donated. Possibly this one. Expensive and troublesome but opened the way for machines from CPT and Raytheon.
