Description

Epaulette - black wool with small chrome pip. Sub-officer insignia - "NZ Fire Service" embroidered on the broader end. The pip has a spiral rotating 5-pronged decoration and is held in place with a brass split-pin that passes through 2 holes at the back of the pip.
