Description
N.C.S. Ohmer, Ohm meter and Generator for use with internal battery terminal. Wooden rectangular box with leather handle and curved glass window on top surface. Scale goes from 0 to infinity. Two terminals with the letters "E" and "L" beneath, and a metal adjustable knob also on top surface. At bottom of right hand surface is a metal handle.
