Description

Two pillow slips. Square, white linen central panel with white embroidery. There is a white, cotton, gathered ruffle around the outside edges with a plain hem. On the reverse is a side opening to insert pillow, and three buttons and buttonholes for closure.
1982.306.1 has embroidery of flowers in one corner, and butterfly and flowers in diagonally opposite corner extending towards centre. Found with label '82/306' attached.
1982.306.2 has embroidery of flowers in centre. '321' is handwritten in ballpoint pen on reverse near opening.
