Description
Over current relay. Black cast iron square shaped relay. Glass window top, with hinge and metal toggle door latch. Extended lip on top surface. Inside relay is two silver coloured discs connected to amperes. Amperes have copper plating.

Explanation 1) The time limits given correspond to the maximum lengths of cord. / 2) The time limit is proportional to the length of cord, which can / be altered by turning the drum to which it is fixed. / 3) The 1st column gives the current at which the electrical and mechanical / torques are in a state of equilibrium. The following columns / show a 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 % greater current with corresponding / time limit. / 4) The primary current is obtained by multiplying the amperes in the / relay by the ratio of the current transformer. / 5) The relay is calibrated for 50 ~. The weight must not be / changed. Label
