Description

Black coloured cast iron volt meter on rectangular wooden base. Base is painted grey with angled front surface. Meter is cylindrical near bottom, graduating to a conical shape near top. Has a protruding rotatable knob on proper left side at top. Four holes in conical piece which expose a motor.
