11kV pothead Dilc Sta cable Henley. Paper insulated lead covered steel tapered armoured underground cable junction. Made in England 102 AL. Two brackets for mounting. Four cables covered in Blue, Black, Red, and Yellow electrical tape. Made in England 102 AL.

This was a common way of getting the conductors out of the led / steel armard cable. They are notorious for blowing up at winter , when damness gets into it.
