Plaque bearing Coat of Arms of 101 Squadron Royal Air Force - Latin motto "Mens Agitat Molem". Rampant lion in castle turret with crown crest. Plaque measures 6" x 7 7/8", black. Engraved with following:
Presented to The Museum of Transport and Technology by the Commanding Officer and Officers of No.101 Squadron, Royal Air Force, on the occasion of the opening of the Auckland International Airport, Mangere, January 1966.
