Description

E.P.N.S. (Electroplated Nickel Silver) frame for sugar bowl. The frame has 2 handles which have lattice work and are quite large. The centre has 2 concentric circles, one larger, one small, to hold a sugar bowl. There are 4 small round feet at the base.
