Description
Folding Pocket Premo C camera with a leather-covered wooden body and red leather bellows. The bellows are secured behind a hinged panel which folds down at the front, revealing a Bausch & Lomb f/8 lens and a Bausch & Lomb shutter.
Brief History
This type of camera was originally manufactured by the Rochester Optical Company until the company was taken over by Eastman Kodak in 1903. Kodak continued making the Pocket Premo C, designed for amateur photographers, until 1926.
