Description
Wooden wall mounted telephone. The wooden base is fitted with a rotary dial and a mouthpiece. On top of the base are mounted 2 dome-shaped bells. The earpiece is long and possibly made of brass. It is suspended on the left hand side from a clamp that protrudes out of the main unit. A brown plaited wire emerges out of the back of the mouthpiece and goes into the main unit. This automatic is a B.P.O. (British Post Office) No.121 telephone, possibly made by Ericsson Limited.
