Description
Universal lead cutter.
Flat metal base with a measure down its length. Measurement unit is pica. The cutter has an adjustment mechanism with a push button slide at the top. At one end, there is a lever which controls the blade. "UNIVERSAL" is printed on the side of the handle. The manufacturers label is adhered to one side of the handle. on the right hand side, there is a protruding piece of metal and bolt. There are two screw holes for attaching to a bench.
