Description

Radiator tester - "Best Tester" - with instruction pamphlet. Metal valve tester painted pink. Device has a number of dials and knobs, and three inlets/outlets. Cylindrical overall shape with metal bracket on top which has a rubber stopper to seal the testing valve.
