Durium Record.
Part 1: Square, blue record sleeve. Printed in blue on the front is the text, "One Hour with You / Fox-Trot / 1'3 / What would You do / Fox-Trot / EN. 14 / This Record [...] / durium / THE SELF CHANGING / record / Protected by Patents". On the reverse is the text, "Durium RECORDS" repeated in a banner. Beneath this is, "GUARANTEE [...] / DURIUM / TRADE MARK". Printed in an ink stamp is, "Melvern's".
Part 2: Brown, cardbord and durium record. Printed in white is the text, "durium / ONE HOUR WITH YOU / FOXTROT / R. WHITING ROBIN / EN. 14 / 1038 / VICTORIA / MUSIC / PUBLISHING / CO. LTD / WHAT WOULD YOU DO / FOXTROT / R. WHITING ROBIN / DURIUM DANCE BAND / VOCAL REFRAINS / MANF'D BY DURIUM PRODUCTS (G.B.0 LTD. / SLOUGH ENGLAND. (REGD TRADE MARK) / PROTECTED BY PATENTS".
