Description
Cooking spatula or fish slice made of steel and wood. The slice blade is oval shaped. Drain holes in slice form a diagonal pattern (of 16 holes) 4 x 4. Handle is in 2 parts - a conical metal tube (riveted to the slice) into which fits a tapered, wooden handle (for insulation).
