Description

Cake mixer consisting of Mixer (1) and Clamp (2). Although mixer is able to be unassembled, the various parts have not been marked. Cast iron and steel, original finish almost a dark greyish green. Various patent dates up to Nov. 7, 1805. Circular, metal bowl with crank handle on top 2 epicyclical gears to drive 2 double wire beaters.
