Description

Hand-operated "Handymix" cake mixer. Cream coloured, made of cast iron and aluminium, with clear glass bowl. Bowl sits in a saucer-like tray at base which either turns freely or can be locked by knurled screw in front. Mixer component can be removed by turning the top knob, and used as a hand-held cake mixer.
