Brass medal depicting fireman's bust with helmet and 2 axes above. Medal is shaped like a shield and attached to a ribbon. Service Medal. Clasp: O.V.F.B. Face: O.V.F.B. Obverse: Presented to C.A.Osborne from the members of O.V.F.B. for 12 years service as secretary 1902-1914. Shield with ladder at top with circular motif in centre of ladder (crossed axes and helmet). Old time fireman's bust in centre of shield. 3 stars in corners of shield. Flames around corners of shield. Red ribbon. Gold.
