White and black cap, size 6¾, with "NAC" badge in red and gold enamel on a silver backing. White vinyl, black woollen band around body with black plastic/patent leather band at front. Black patent leather/plastic peak with dark green fabric under, tan leather inner band and grey satin lining with circular plastic label. Maker's label inside "HILLS CAPS LTD / UNIFORM CAP MAKERS / WELLINGTON NZ / 6 3/4".
