Box of colour photographic slides taken by Dave Thomas during Boeing trip in 1968.

NAC decided to replace the Viscount aircraft they were using with American Boeing 737 200. In 1968 a small number of pilots from NAC including Dave Thomas were selected to travel to Seattle and train for Boeing in Seattle for approximately 10 weeks.
Thomas arrived in Seattle in July 6th 1968, and
began training at the Boeing Ground School on July 8th.

Thomas also completed training at Cramer Instrument Flight School for training in B737 flight stimulator. Thomas completed flight conversion training in Boeing 737 September 3rd - 9th.
