Newspaper clipping of an image of Jean Batten meeting their Excellencies, Lord and Lady Bledisloe at Government House in Wellington, post Jean Batten's record breaking flight from England to Australia. Newspaper clipping is adhered to the inside cover of a photograph album. Cover has been removed from rest of album. Image related to research by Ian Mackersey, writer and documentary film-maker of Jean Batten: Garbo of the Skies.
