Part 1. Record: Black record with blue coloured circular label in the centre on both sides. Both sides have "Zodiac" record label in the centre and in the centre of the "Zodiac" label presents square stamps, parts of the stamps are missing. On the circumference prints "UNAUTHORISED PUBLIC PERFORMANCE, BROADCASTING & COPYING PROHIBITED / AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND / MANUFACTURED BY STEBBING RECORDING AND SOUND CO. LTD. ''. All font on the label is in silver. Side 1: Below the "Zodiac" label on the left side has "Z 115 (a)". On the right side has "Speed 78 / DON GRANT PIANO MEDLEY No. 1 / Evertrue Evermore Goell) - In the / Cool, Cool, Cool of the Evening / (Mercer & Carmichael) - The World is / Waiting for the Sunrise (Ernest Seitz)". Side 2: Below "Zodiac" on the left has "Z 115 (b) and on the right has "Speed 78" / DON GRANT PIANO MEDLEY No. 2 / Why Do I, Love You - / Can't Help Lovin' That / Man - Make Believe (Kern)".
Part 2: Record Sleeve: Brown paper sleeve that covers the record. Both sides presents "Capitol" with the outline of Capitol Hill dome. Above the dome presents four stars as well on the left side of the sleeves, which presents five stars. In the centre is a hole which presents the record label. Below the hole presents "MADE IN N.Z. BY / RADIO CORPORATION OF NEW ZEALAND LTD." The colour of the texts and stars is warm brown.
