Bathing Sheds (not Bowling Sheds ) - HING SHEDS can be seen on distant sign. LING vs HING the vertical structure of the lettering in the closest sign when comparing LI and HI indicate the letters HI are most likely match. Wonder if these are the Auckland City Baths 100 Customs Street.
