Telecom Phone Card 2-part presentation collectors pack.

A square, clear, plastic case holds the presentation booklet, with the Telecom logo embossed in the top right corner.

The presentation slip fits insides the plastic case, and contains a cardboard sleeve which holds two display booklets. The display booklets feature eight phone cards each, with each card valued at $5.

The cardboard sleeve depicts a scene filled with various modes of transportation, such as a tram, train, aeroplane, and car. The Telecom logo and the underlined text, "PhoneCard" are depicted in the top left corner. The bottom left corner has the text, "1995 / TRANSPORATION / ADCARD SERIES / VOLUME TEN". The bottom right corner has the text, "OFFICIAL / COLLECTOR ISSUE / 3250 / SETS ONLY". The back of the sleeve depicts the Telecom logo with the text, "PhoneCard" as well as the text, "TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS [...]", which provides information on the Collector Packs.

Inside the slip is two presentation booklets, which folds out to reveal four pages. Both booklets have the same front page, which duplicates the front of the cardboard sleeve. Each sleeve holds a square piece of tissue paper.
