Envelope has printed blue text, " HMC / HM2-D", with hand writing in pen, "Disk 136 / Transformers pt 2 / Load"*",8,1 / Jack the nipper pt2 / Load"Jack*",8,1 / Kung Fu Master pt2 / Load"Kung*",8,1".
Disc carries one sticker with hand written label; "Load names / Transformers / Jack the nipper / Kung Fu Master".
Disk protection advice on back as pictures with multi-language captions.
A small piece of paper inserted into envelope has additional hand written information.
