Auckland City Corporation Tramways, then Auckland Transport Board style cap. They were used from the 1930, through into the bus era. Depending on what holes are in the front of the cap, you could determine if it was fitted with plate Motorman or Conductors badges in the Tramway era until the early 1950s, or the ATB monogram during the late tram and bus era into the early 1960s.
