Description

Black metal rectangular test meter. Contained within a brown leather outer casing. Has a glass window at top of front surface with scale measuring in ohms, volts, and milliamperes. Below are several knobs and switches with green and red insulated wires with metal clamps. Lid of leather casing is detached, and has an informational table on underside. Strap for case is also detached. Also includes a pad of "Field Service Tickets. Used by NZPO fault men.
