Description
Rectangular wooden telephone unit designed to be wall-mounted. Has two semi-spherical metal bells on front surface, and a hole underneath with a metal screw thread inside. Black bakelite conical mouthpiece screws into this hole. On left-hand side is metal receiver attached to wooden unit via brown plaited cord. Metal receiver stand sits on left-hand side. The right hand side of the unit has a metal crank with a black bakelite handle. Front surface of unit is hinged, and opens to reveal enclosed 3-bar generator.
