Description
Colour photograph of Helen and Oscar Garden visiting Scotland in 1979. In the centre are the Burrs who took over the shop and Dun Varrich in 1913 after Robert and Rebecca’s marriage broke up. Robert sailed to New Zealand with the two oldest girls (Rose and May) in late 1914. Rebecca took Oscar and Violet to the Isle of Man and came out to NZ in 1921.
