Description

A postcard sent to Oscar Garden from his father when he was in boarding school. Apologies for not writing and mentions this is the latest image of their three-storey house 'Dun Varrich', in Tongue. This house was built in 1894 from local granite. The house was about 200 yards from the store Oscar Garden's grandfather had established a few years before.
